YT4500 is a domestic coating thickness gauge manufactured by 3nh company, which can detect the coating thickness on the metal substrate quickly and accurately. The instrument fully conforms to the magnetic method and eddy current test principle specified in ISO 2178, ISO 2360, GB / T 4956, GB / T 4957, ASTM b499 and other standards. The instrument is stable, accurate and powerful in measurement. It is widely used in manufacturing industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry and other surface engineering detection fields, and is the basic equipment of coating surface treatment industry.

Fe based probe can detect the thickness of various non-magnetic coatings sprayed on various magnetic substrates (such as steel), such as the paint layer, powder spraying layer, porcelain coating, chromium coating, copper coating, zinc coating, etc.

NFE based probe detects the thickness of all insulation coating sprayed on non-magnetic metal substrate (such as aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, etc.), such as paint layer, powder spraying layer, porcelain coating, etc.

Non Ferrous Metal Mode (NFe)
(Typical Applications)

Technology - Eddy Current - (enables measurement of non-conductive coatings on non-ferrous substrates such as Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Zinc, Tin, and Non-Magnetic Stainless Steel). Example coatings:- Paint,Enamel, Rubber, Paint, Varnish, Powder Coating,Anodizing, Plastic etc.
